Here is a photo of my grand-daughters and me. Sheena, Rachel, Kristy, Shanna and Paige. I also have two grandsons, Shane and Dayton, and six great-grandchildren, Morgan, Dalton, Austin, Sarah, Taylor, and Kira. I will soon have two more!

I am a Christian, a member of the Hurts Creek Church of Christ, a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I was born and raised in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky here in Appalachia. I love attending worship, reading my Bible, and listening to thought-provoking sermons and lectures. I like to work in my yard and my flower beds. I enjoy painting, wood-working, and various crafts. I like to read and to visit with my family. I very much enjoy having visitors and sharing good food and good times with them. My husband, Len Stidham, passed away this spring. He had been in the nursing home for some years and I miss him very much.
